What about shipping time?

We know you value your money, which is why we do our best to keep our prices low. Because it is expensive to ship costly, we ask that you please expect your order to be delivered in 2-4 weeks, depending on where you live.


Do you offer warranty?

Because we believe in the quality of our products, we offer our customers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee - no questions asked.

Why is your warranty only good for 30 days?

Because of the nature of jewelry, we ask that you take no more than thirty days to let us know if it doesn't meet your satisfaction. While we trust our customers, this policy is just another way we can help to keep our business running so that we can continue to provide you with quality jewelry at affordable prices.

How does your warranty work?

Once you receive your order, please take time to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If within 30 days you decide that you are not, you can get in touch with our Customer Service department in a variety of ways, including online chat, email, Facebook Messenger, Viber and by phone. Our team is happy to walk you through the details of returning your purchase.


What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you are a customer located in the Philippines, we also accept bank wire transfer deposit. We do not accept cash payment or cash on delivery (COD). All payments made online are safe and secure.

Which currency do we use?

All products are charged in USD. For your convenience, we show pricing in your local currency with a conversion tool. This rate is just an estimate - the actual conversion rate is determined by your card issuer.

What happens if my payments is not accepted?

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! We guarantee that all of the 925 sterling silver we sell will not irritate your skin. All of our products are free of nickel and other irritating materials.

What materials can i expect from your products?

What is 925 Sterling Silver?

925 Sterling silver is high-quality silver that contains 92.5% silver. It is the only silver allowed by international law to be named sterling silver. We only sell 925 sterling silver products.

Why is it only 92.5% Silver and not 100%?

Like gold, silver in its raw material is too soft for use on jewelry if not blended with 7.5% of another material, like copper. In its pure form, silver would not be able to stand normal wear and tear conditions. 925 sterling silver is mixed with 7.5% copper from alloy before it is made into jewelry products.

What is Cubic Zirconia's (CZ)?

Cubic Zirconia (also known as CZ) are similar to diamonds with Crystal Clear Clarity and Brilliance, but it is a synthesized (man-made) crystalline material that is colorless, hard, and flawless, unlike diamonds which are made from nature. It is a beautiful and affordable alternative to diamonds. It can be made in different colors to simulate the different colors of diamonds as well. Cubic Zirconia started being produced in 1976 because of its diamond-like qualities, low cost, and overall durability.

How is Zirconia made?

Cubic zirconia crystals are made by melting powdered zirconium and zirconium dioxide together and heating them up to 4.982ºF equal 2.750ºC. A cubic zirconia is a perfectly man-made, flawless stone that is free of inclusions.

Zirconia's vs Diamonds?

Cubic zirconia is not real and is not a diamond, though it is difficult for the naked eye to tell the difference between a cubic zirconia and a diamond. It is a stone there is as brilliant as a diamond but much more affordable. It is almost as hard as diamond on the Mohs scale of hardness. It is an 8.5 and a diamond is a 10. It is cut in the same shapes and designs as a diamond to replicate a diamond almost exactly. Cubic Zirconia is not a diamond however it looks like a diamond, and has many diamond-like qualities. Many people, unless they have a trained eye or a special instrument, cannot tell the difference between diamonds and cubic zirconia.

What is the price of Cubic Zirconia's?

Compared to diamonds cubic zirconia is quite affordable. However, today these stones can come in exceptionally high quality and be priced rather high. To determine the price of cubic zirconia, you would have to know what the carat weight is. They are not priced nearly as high as diamonds, but they can be quite expensive. As with anything, some cubic zirconia stones are better than others, and the only real way that it can be distinguished is through a jeweler’s loupe (a magnifier). We always ensure that our products have the best quality Cubic Zirconia's. Beware of cheaper priced jewelry elsewhere as they may even not be made of Cubic Zirconia's but glass.

Are there colored Cubic Zirconia's?

Cubic zirconia comes in many different colors to simulate the different colors of a diamond. The colors are created by using different oxides in the creation process.

Are your products in stock?

All our products are always in stock if the button says "buy now" or "add to cart". We will provide you with information on each product in case the product is temporarily out of stock. All out of stock products will not be able to be ordered and have an "out of stock" button instead of the usually "add to cart"/"buy button". In some cases you will be able to pre-order products as well, and the button will then be named, "Pre-order".

How can you keep your pricing low?

We strive to do our best in keeping our expenses low, to ensure you we can provide you with the best pricing on the market. Our prices are as low as possible to your advantage, because of our great network of suppliers we have build over the years.

Then how about Customer Service?

The only thing we didn't cut our costs is Customer Care. We know how important a great experience is for you as a customer. Thats why we provide you with 24/7 chat on messenger or through email as a service to ensure you always can contact us. Normal respons time is within a couple of hours. All year round. We do allow our selfs to answer back within 24 hours, depending on the demand and on high seasons. Up to Christmas and other international celebrations there could be a high demand of inquires to customer service, but we strive to do our best to contact you as fast as possible.
